This release includes enhancements in attendance tracking, payment workflows, contracts, and reporting, supporting your commitment to organized and effective school administration.
Attendance
We have built a new Attendance module to give schools flexibility and insights into student attendance while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Key Points:
Schools can use either standard or custom marking types to match their attendance tracking policies.
Schools can require notes or permissions for certain marks, such as late arrivals or early dismissals.
Schools can set up multiple attendance tracks and assign them to specific grades or departments to match operational needs.
Schools can allow editing of past attendance while controlling how many days in the past adjustments can be made.
Schools can view dashboards with charts, graphs, and statistics to identify attendance trends and support proactive decision-making.
Where This Is Located:
Attendance settings are located in Settings → Attendance.
The Attendance Dashboard is accessed from the Attendance menu.
School Year Setup
We have streamlined School Year Setup to simplify staff management when transitioning between academic years.
Key Points:
Schools can migrate staff records seamlessly from the previous school year into the new school year, reducing manual data entry and ensuring continuity.

Reports
We have enhanced the Reports module to improve data clarity and simplify document management.
Key Points:
Schools can now view pending payments within the Contract Fees Report for a complete financial overview.
Schools can generate attachments with improved file naming, eliminating unclear or random filenames.

Broadcasts
We have made enhancements to Broadcasts to improve the formatting flexibility of your school communications.
Key Points:
Schools can adjust text alignment in broadcast emails, with the ability to left-align, right-align, or center text as needed for clear communication.

Broadcasts are accessed from the Broadcast menu
Payments
We have added enhancements to the Payments module to support flexible future payment management for families.
Key Points:
Schools can provide payment links that allow parents to set up future payment plans easily.
Parents can set up recurring payments on the Payment Portal and Parent Portal with a future start date for flexible financial planning.
Where This Is Located:
The payment link and parent portal features are accessed through invite links or merge tags on broadcasts
Contracts
We have added new visibility controls within Contracts to give schools flexibility in presenting prior balances to families.
Key Points:
Schools can choose to show or hide the previous balance on contracts, with options to display either the prior balance due or the previous full outstanding contract amount based on school policy.

Immunizations
We have updated Immunizations to better support our schools in Florida.
Key Points:
Schools in Florida can manage and immunization based on requirements specific to Florida state guidelines, ensuring compliance and streamlined reporting.
