Here, we will explain the various financial terms that you may encounter while using our services. Familiarizing yourself with these terms will help you better understand your parent's financial situation and make informed decisions.

Contract Total

The Contract Total refers to the total charges or fees associated with a specific contract. This includes all fees that parents are required to pay for the services provided by your school. The Contract Total is available for viewing on the Registration page and the Statement.

Contract Balance

The Contract Balance is the total amount that was not yet paid on a specific contract. This includes any fees that are still outstanding. You can view your Contract Balance on the Registration page and the Statement.

Contract Due

The Contract Due is the total amount that a parent is required to pay on a specific contract as of today, based on the installment plan that you have chosen for the fees. This amount can be found on your Registration, Statement, as well as on your Collection page.

Balance without Plan

The Balance without Plan refers to the total amount of fees that do not have a payment plan associated with them. This means that these fees must have a new payment plan set up. You can view this amount on your Registration Statement and your Collection pages.

Scheduled Payments

Scheduled Payments refers to the total amount of payments that have been scheduled for a specific contract. This includes any future payments that have been scheduled. You can view this information on your Statement and on the Contract Details popup.

Previous Balance

The Previous Balance is the account balance prior to the current contract. This includes any outstanding fees from previous contracts. You can view this amount on your Statement and your Registration page.

End-of-Year Balance

The End of Year Balance is the account balance after the current contract will end. This includes any fees that may still be outstanding at the end of the contract that is currently not due including all balances from prior school years. You can view this amount on the Statements, Registration and on your Collection pages.

Account Balance

The Account Balance is the total of all contract charges minus all contract payments. This gives you an overall view of your financial situation with the particular parent. You can view this amount on your Statement, your Family Profile, and your Collection page.

Account Due

The Account Due is the total amount that is due today on all contracts, taking into consideration any installment plans and payments made to date. This amount can be found on your Registration Statement, your Collection page, and your Family Profile.
