We’ve also introduced integration with the Banquest payment gateway, added support for international (UK) addressing, and implemented new ways to personalize student profiles. Along with these new features, this update includes numerous bug fixes and refinements designed to improve system stability, data security, and operational efficiency.

Key points
Expanded AI Reports: AI can now generate reports and summaries encompassing broader system data, including demographics, addresses, grades, school years, immunizations, financial data, and donor campaigns.
AI Activity Logs: System administrators now have access to an AI conversation activity log to monitor how the tool is being used and troubleshoot prompt responses.
Where is it located
AI Reporting is accessed via the AI Assistant icon located at the top right of the screen.
Activity logs are located in the Support Admin menu.
Financials, Billing & Receipts
We have completely overhauled our receipt generation logic to provide schools with more flexibility, added a new payment gateway, and improved collections tracking.
Key points
Expanded Receipt Types: Schools can now generate four distinct types of receipts: Tuition, Donation, Child Care, and Acknowledgement / Thank You.
Fee-Specific Receipts: You can now link specific fee types directly to their corresponding receipt types. A single payment split across multiple fees can now automatically generate multiple appropriate receipts.
Donation Receipt Restrictions: Added a "Donation Receipt Not Allowed" toggle for specific donors or organization entities (useful for non-profits paying tuition). When enabled, the system will automatically generate an "Acknowledgement" instead of a tax-deductible donation receipt.
Banquest Integration: SchoolSet now fully supports Banquest as a payment gateway for processing transactions.
Granular Credit Card Fees: Passing along credit card fees is no longer a school-wide setting. You can now toggle this setting on or off individually per Merchant Account.
Aging Buckets for Collections: The Collections screen now supports aging buckets, allowing you to easily view and filter overdue balances by age.

Receipt templates are found in Settings → Receipts and Fee type receipt links are found in Settings → Fee Types
Donation receipt restrictions are toggled on individual Entity or Donor profiles.
Aging buckets are viewed in Financial → Collections.
Digital Forms & Online Registration
We have strengthened the connection between Digital Forms and the Registration Process, making it easier to collect required data during enrollment.
Key points
Forms in Registration: You can now embed Digital Forms directly into the Online Registration flow as a required step, similar to document uploads.
Registration Dashboard Tracking: Track form completion natively on the Registration Dashboard, complete with checkboxes to validate and view submissions directly.
Workflow Stage Tracking: When viewing the form submission list, a new column now displays the "Current Stage" of each submission within your workflows.

Forms can be connected to the registration process in Settings → Registration Setup → Requirements.

Student Data & Communications
We’ve added new ways to customize student records and communicate effectively with families.
Key points
Student Profile Pictures: You can now upload and display profile pictures on individual student records.
Broadcast Student Documents: You can now attach student-specific documents to parent email broadcasts. If a parent is linked to multiple students, they will receive all relevant documents for their children in a single broadcast.
UK Address Support: The system now supports alternative APIs to properly format and validate United Kingdom addresses.
Where is it located
Profile pictures are added directly on the Student Profile.
Document broadcasts are accessed from the Broadcasts menu.
