This release delivers improvements across several key areas of SchoolSet, including transportation, document management, immunization integration, testing, and fundraising. Highlights include a more powerful bus routing engine, the launch of a new Documents module for generating PDF forms, and a new framework for integrating immunization records. We’re also introducing a flexible Tests module and enhancements to fundraising campaigns. Together, these updates are designed to save time, improve accuracy, and provide schools with stronger tools to manage daily operations.
Transportation
The bus routing system has been enhanced with smarter logic to create more efficient and flexible transportation plans.

Documents
The new Documents module allows schools to upload custom PDF forms and use merge tags to automatically pull in data from SchoolSet. This makes it simple to generate standardized, professional documents for students.
Key points
Upload PDF forms and insert merge tags anywhere to fill data directly from SchoolSet.
Generate documents for students as either:
Separate PDF files zipped together, or
A single combined PDF.

Immunizations
A new framework allows integration with government health record systems to automatically pull immunization data.
Key points
Integration framework built to connect with government health record sites.
Currently integrated with the NY State database to populate student immunization records.

Tests
The new Tests module provides schools with a structured way to define, manage, and analyze student assessments. It supports flexible grading approaches and simplifies the entire testing process from setup to evaluation.
