Financial & Collections
We have enhanced the Collections and Payment modules to provide better visibility into financial health and greater flexibility for managing payment methods.
Key points
Yearly Summary: A new yearly summary view has been added to the collections screen for high-level financial tracking.
Smarter Projections: The "Projected" metric on the collection widget now calculates accuracy by only including payments that did not fail.
Comprehensive Reporting: The "Projected and Collected" report and status now include totals from non-scheduled payments for a complete financial picture.
Flexible Payment Methods: Schools can now edit the payment method directly on an existing payment plan and on upcoming or scheduled payments.
Interface Improvements: Fixed display issues where the dropdown menu on the collections screen was being cut off.

Data Management
New bulk upload tools have been introduced to streamline the process of importing large datasets, making setup and data migration significantly faster.
Key points
Student & Family Uploads: Create new records efficiently with the ability to upload Students, Families, and Parents in bulk.
Donor Uploads: A new uploader allows for the mass import of donor information.

Fundraising Enhancements
We have implemented several fixes to the Fundraising module to ensure data integrity and a smoother user experience when managing donations.

Display Accuracy: Resolved an issue where the fund, campaign, and amount were displaying incorrectly immediately after adding a donation.
Improved Donor Merging: The donor merge function has been fixed to ensure that the payment records move properly, and the donor record updates correctly.
Stability: Resolved system errors that occurred when adding a new donation.
