Added Broadcasting Feature for SMS, MMS, Voice Messages, and Emails

With the Broadcast Feature, SMS, MMS, voice and email messages can now be broadcasted directly from within the system. This convenient feature eases transmission of important communications to all system users, including staff, students, and parents. The messages will be sent directly to the available contact information, e.g. mobile phone numbers and email addresses, of all system users.
