The system can be configured to send notifications via SMS, email, and desktop in the following cases:
1. A new appointment is made on your Calendar
2. An existing appointment on your Calendar is edited.
3. A new task is assigned to you.
4. An existing task assigned to you is edited.
5. A tutorial session is assigned to you.
6. You are sent a testing schedule.
7. You are mentioned in a note.
8. An existing note where you are mentioned is edited.
Notification settings are managed from the Notifications page.
To manage notification settings:
1. Click the Notifications button on the S-Success toolbar.
2. Click View All.
3. On the Notifications page, click the Settings button on the top right.
4. On the Notification Settings page, either place or remove the check mark on the appropriate boxes below the SMS, Desktop, and Email columns. For example, if you want to be informed about tutorial sessions being added to your Calendar via SMS, desktop, and/or email, check the appropriate boxes to the right of the Tutorial Session option.
5. Click Save.
