Key Steps

Step 1: Configure Notification Preferences

  • Access the notification settings for payment notifications.

  • Choose the preferred method of notification for successful payments on both tuition and donations:

    • Email

    • SMS

    • Desktop (Portal)

  • Access the failed payment tab and set the email notification to go out on failed payment, in addition you can set a specific staff member to receive a failed payment report every morning. Make sure to assign the right staff memeber/s in the failed payment notification section as per below

  • Ensure that the correct personnel are selected to receive notifications of failed payments to avoid missing important updates.

  • Double-check the contact information for email and SMS notifications to prevent delivery issues.
