Our Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for you. The Help Center is made up of two parts: a knowledge base and a community. You can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task or search the community and ask fellow users questions. If you can't find an answer, you can submit a support request (see Submitting Support Tickets for more details).
As you go through the system and our Help Center, we encourage you to leave feedback by either:
clicking either Yes or No to the question "Was this article helpful?" found below the article; or
leaving a comment on the box provided at the bottom.
This will ensure that our Help Center will be a breathing, living document, able to address your documentation needs and, at the same time, be a vehicle for improving the system itself.
