The Appointments feature allows you to schedule appointments with anyone else who has access to the system.
Similar to notes and tasks, you can add, edit, and delete appointments at any time. However, since this S-Success feature is in essence a Calendar application, deleting appointments may not be as critical to a student record, unlike deleting a note or a task, which may have an impact on a student's scholastic record and/or class behavior.
Your own appointments are displayed under the Action Center, specifically on the Calendar tab.
To Schedule an Appointment with a Student
1. Search for a student record (for more details, see Searching for Records).
2. On the student's home page, click the Appointments tab.
3. Click the Add Appointment button on the right.
4. On the Add Appointment window, on the Appointment Date box, select a date for the appointment.
NOTE: Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
9. Enter the time on the Time From and Time To fields.
6. On the Location box, enter the location for the meeting.
7. On the Meeting Goal box, enter the goals for the meeting.
8. On the Meeting Agenda box, enter the agenda for the meeting.

9. Click Add to save the appointment to the Calendar.
To Edit an Appointment
1. Search for the student with the appointment (for more details, see Searching for Records).
2. On the student's home page, click the Appointments tab.
3. Look for the appointment to be edited, then click the Edit button to the right.
4. On the Edit Appointment window, edit the appointment, then click Update to save the changes to the Calendar.
To Delete an Appointment
1. Search for the student with the appointment (for more details, see Searching for Records).
2. On the student's home page, click the Appointments tab.
3. Look for the appointment to be deleted, then click the Delete button to the right to remove the appointment from the Calendar.
