The Students, Staff and Parent Listings do not display all the available information for a student, staff, and parent record. Each of these listings shows only certain information by default. You have to open a record under any of these listings to view its details.

Columns under the Students, Staff and Parent Listings can be shown or hidden, depending on your requirements. You can also reorder the columns to be shown on these listings according to your requirements.

To Show a Column under a Listing

1. On any of the Listings pages, click the Show/Hide Columns button on the top right.

2. On the Show/Hide Columns page, select from among the options under the Available Fields box (hold the Shift key to select more than one option), then click the left-facing, double-headed arrow to the left to move the selected options to the Custom Columns box.

3. Click Save. The Listings page then refreshes to display the options you selected in Step 2 above.

To Hide a Column under a Listing

1. On any of the Listings pages, click the Show/Hide Columns button on the top right.
2. On the Show/Hide Columns page, select the column to be hidden from the Custom Columns box (hold the Shift key to select more than one column), then click the Delete button.

3. Click Save. The Listings page then refreshes to display only those remaining columns under the Custom Columns box.

If you remove all the options under the Custom Columns box, the Listings page refreshes to display the default columns under the listing.

To Rearrange the Columns under a Listing

1. On any of the Listings pages, click the Show/Hide Columns button on the top right.
2. On the Show/Hide Columns page, rearrange the columns under the Custom Columns box by clicking either the Up or Down button.

3. Once you are satisfied with the arrangement, click Save. The Listings page then refreshes based on the new order under the Custom Columns box.
