Getting a New Password

If you forget your password, you will not be able to access the system. If this happens, you will need to request for a new password from your system administrator.

To request a new password:

1. Go to S-Success.
2. On the Login page, click the Forgot Password link at the bottom.
3. On the Forgot Password page, enter the email address registered in the system, then click Recover to send your request for a new password to your system administrator.

Wait for the email with the instructions on how to create a new password for your S-Success account. You will be able to access the system again after you create a new password.
