Student batch update improvements
You can now easily do a batch update of your school, first choose the batch you want to update to from the settings menu, for example, this year 2021-2022, then go to batch update and start!
You can assign teachers from the batch update, simply choose the same grade and appoint the teacher.
Added the ability to include and exclude certain students from the grade update
Added checkboxes to the students’ names to fill testing scores more conveniently
Broadcast improvements
Fixed entries system number insertion, all numbers will be inserted with a ‘+’ sign and country code
Improved number validation system, when choosing the contact to send the broadcast, the system would show in red the invalid numbers to which you cannot send a broadcast.
On the broadcast history page fixed the status of the message, each contact would receive a status that would show if the message was delivered or failed.
Mass broadcast is improved so send up 1000 messages at once
Departments
Added the ability to create departments, each department would have its own staff and would only see the data of the grades assigned to their department
Jewish calendar
You can choose in which calendar to show the system’s date, we now support a Hebrew calendar.
On the students’ profile page you can see all the teachers that can view the grade
Bug Fixes:
Rearranged the menus on the Achievement module
Fixed the test editing widget on the dashboard
Fixed an issue with previewing a Hebrew note which was not aligned correctly
