There are two ways to delete a student record from the system.
1. Through the Student Listing
The first method involves generating and displaying the student listing on your computer, then clicking the Delete button to the right of the student record.
This method is suitable for filtering students by class code, then deleting the student records one by one.
If you are just going to delete a single student record, we do not recommend using this system since it may take plenty of time to go through the student listing. We recommend using the second method instead, which involves searching for the student record, then clicking the Delete button on the student record's Action menu.
To edit a student record using this method:
1. Click Students>Student Listing to generate and display a list of your students on your screen.
2. Search for the student record on the list (this might involve clicking through pages of records if you already have many students on the list).
3. Click the Delete button to the right to remove the student record from the system.
2. Through the Search Bar
The second method involves searching, then deleting the student record.
If you just want to delete a particular student record, we recommend using this method since it involves only a single click and takes you directly to the student record, from where you can delete the record.
To delete a particular student record using this method:
1. Search for the student record. For more details, see Searching for a Record.
2. Click the student's name or press Enter on your keyboard to display the student's details.
3. On the student's Profile page, click the Action menu on the top left, then click Delete.
