Viewing a Student Record

There are two ways to view a student's detailed information within the system. We explain these methods below.

Viewing a Record From the Student Listing

The first method involves generating and displaying the student listing on your computer, then clicking the View button on the student record.

This method is suitable for filtering students by their first or last names, or by class code.

If you just want to view a particular student record's details, we do not recommend using this system since it may take plenty of time to go through the student listing. We recommend using the second method, which involves searching for the student record, instead.

To view a particular student record using this method:

1. Click Students>Student Listing to generate and display a list of your students.

2. Search for the student record on the list (this might involve clicking through pages of records if there are many students on the list).
3. When you find the record, click either the student's name or the View button to the right to display the student's details.

Viewing a Record's Details through Search

The second method involves searching for, then viewing the details of the student record.

If you just want to view a particular student's detailed information, we recommend using this method since it involves only a single click and takes you directly to the student record.

To view a student record using this method, search for the student record, then click the student's name or press Enter on your keyboard to display the detailed student record. For more details, see Searching for a Record.
